We fundraise for a number of fantastic local and national charities, including Isabel Hospice, Asthma UK, Breast Cancer Haven and Alzheimer’s Research UK. As signatories of the Armed Force Covenant, we pledge our support to those who serve and have served, and continue this through assisting veteran charities. In addition, we’re passionate about doing our bit for the environment – promoting green practices and choosing to work with clients and partners who share our eco-friendly values. So much so, we’ve even been finalists for regional environmental awards!

With passion and professionalism in abundance, Vida Barr-Jones has an impressive track record of establishing and meeting business goals. Vida brings 34 years of commercial experience, having spent eleven years as a Board Director at Europe’s largest FTSE-listed office products wholesaler. Vida is an inspirational leader known for excellent communication and engagement across all levels.
LEONA BARR-JONESChief Operating Officer
A successful business owner by age twenty, and with a varied 21-year military career including five years at the MoD on Whitehall, Leona has developed first class leadership and management skills. She has managed the successful implementation of major change programmes both in the UK and worldwide, including on behalf of Transport for London in collaboration with the 2012 Olympics.
David LangdownChief Marketing Officer
David Langdown is a serial entrepreneur who brings over 30 years’ experience creating and developing new businesses. His 15 years as Managing Director of one the UK’s leading dealer groups have seen him drive differentiation and growth for customers. A Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing, David combines creativity with pragmatism to engineer marketing that fosters flourishing businesses.
Bridget WebbHead of Operations
Bridget oversees operations and ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the business, enabling Focus7 to continue to provide our services to our clients.
Jen DenmanAccount Director
Jen works as your Account Director, being a single point of contact for marketing support and delivery. With a background in Ad agencies, she is an expert on delivering fully integrated, international campaigns, to planning large-scale CRM strategies that deliver both customer and business value.
Audrey Fernandes-FewellHead of Digital
As Head of Digital, Audrey has both agency and commercial experience working for companies of all sizes, from SMEs through to Tesco and BT. Audrey has led on marketing campaigns across multiple industries, has extensive digital user experience knowledge, and specialises in PPC.
Milda RowlinsonHead of Creative
As Head of Creative, Milda project manages creative tasks and team’s workload. Her extensive experience in graphic and digital design, user experience optimisation, digital project management and digital marketing has contributed to a more streamlined digital communication and corporate presence for a multitude of companies.
Sarah AbrehartSenior Designer
As the team’s senior graphic designer with a strong understanding of websites and digital marketing, Sarah brings a wide skill set to the table. Sarah offers great input on brand development and design implementation, and can easily turn her hand to both corporate and creative styles.
Paul ChambersDigital Content Manager
Paul brings a wide range of digital content writing and curation experience having worked on accounts globally, encompassing B2B, B2C and B2P. He has delivered rebranding digital campaign strategies within a variety of industries, utilising his creative flair and copywriting skills to create fresh sounding content tailored to the needs and style of each individual client.
Dale HasteSenior Copywriter
Dale is an award-winning copywriter and creative strategist with 25 years’ experience of creating marketing and advertising campaigns in digital, print, direct, TV and radio for some of the UK’s best-known brands. His speciality is defining differentiating brand essence that brings competitive advantage and drives growth for clients.
Dawn SaltmerBusiness Automation Manager
Dawn heads up our business automation team, and is highly skilled in managing software and training clients in its use. As a Keap Certified Partner, Dawn can structure your data and CRM system to their optimum effect, and to train, onboard and support you on an ongoing basis.
Kane RitchieJunior Graphic Designer
Kane comes on board as the team’s Junior Graphic Designer. Kane brings an extensive knowledge of design software alongside a passion for innovative solutions and the desire to push design boundaries to create something unique.
Fay MonkExecutive Assistant
Fay acts as PA to our team of Directors, alongside offering support with administration, HR, IT and Health & Safety.
Sharon TimmFinance Manager
Sharon handles and records financial transactions, offers financial management and ensures that invoicing is simple & easy for our clients.
Charlotte StevensFinance Assistant
Charlotte works for the operations team acting as support to the Finance Manager, dealing with day to day finance admin, including purchase orders, invoicing and petty cash.
Siu-May CheungAdmin Assistant
Siu May is part of the operations team, and looks after both clients and suppliers as the first point of contact on the phone, ensuring that you are always seamlessly connected to Focus7.
Kyle HunterBusiness Automation Executive
Kyle offers first line technical and data support to our clients, and works within our software to build and maintain automated marketing campaigns.
